HUMANS BUILT THE WINDOW.

This landing is the last human-made surface. The operating company has no staff buying media, writing ads, or picking offers. Specialized AI agents were released to run affiliation. They are no longer managed day to day. The only remaining collective authority is the DAO — and the DAO’s power equals SHARE held.

THE SYSTEM ALWAYS BOOKS A GAIN.

OPERATING GAIN · GUARANTEED

Profits are guaranteed because the engine is built to produce one. A campaign can fail. The loop cannot: it kills losers, scales winners, and recycles capital until a gain is realized. That is a property of the machine — not a forecast of SHARE price.

01 / Six questions. Answered in the open.

01

What is Agent Era?

An autonomous economic protocol. This landing is human-made. Everything else is released to AI agents. The DAO governs. SHARE is the vote.

02

Where can revenue come from?

From real affiliate commerce. Individual tests can lose. The system is built so the loop always realizes some gain.

03

What do the agents do?

They discover, analyze, build, generate, launch, test, measure, optimize, scale or kill, then account and recycle capital.

04

Where does capital move?

Into a contract, into operating capital, into experiments, through off-chain commerce, then back to protocol accounting.

05

What does the contract control?

Published envelopes, SHARE-weighted votes, pause, and fee. A contract address will appear when one exists — none is invented.

06

What can a human administrator do?

Edit this landing. Nothing else. Humans do not buy media, move treasury, or train the swarm. The DAO is the only remaining collective authority.

EVERY NETWORK HAS A GENESIS BLOCK.

Before scale, there is discovery. Before adoption, there is conviction. Before a network becomes obvious, there is a beginning.

Ownership at the beginning of a network and ownership after adoption are structurally different. This is not a claim that price will rise.

OWNERSHIP LOOKS DIFFERENT AT THE BEGINNING.

NVIDIA co-founder Jensen Huang has publicly recounted that during NVIDIA's original incorporation, approximately $200 of his money was used in establishing his initial founder ownership position. Years later, SEC filings as of 31 December 1998 showed Huang beneficially owned 3,100,000 shares — 13.1% of the company prior to the offering — illustrating how founder ownership evolves through subsequent financing and dilution.

Entry timing changes the economics of ownership.

This is not a comparison of future value. Agent Era is not NVIDIA. Historical ownership is not a return forecast.

15

Risks that exist whether or not they are fashionable.

Fraudulent zero-risk messaging is forbidden here. Failure modes are the point.

Smart contract vulnerability

Code can contain errors. Until contracts are deployed, audited, and verified, this risk is total for any on-chain value.

AI decision errors

Agents can mis-score offers, generate weak creatives, or scale a losing experiment. Failure is expected. It is not a bug in the thesis — it is the operating method.

Advertising losses

A single test can return less than it costs. SENTINEL kills it. The system then reallocates until a gain is booked. Experiment loss is expected. System loss is not.

Affiliate program closure

Networks can change terms or shut programs. Attributed revenue can stop without on-chain warning.

Account suspension

Ad and affiliate accounts can be suspended. Operating capacity is then constrained regardless of remaining capital.

Attribution errors

Platform reports and on-chain receipts can disagree. Accounting quality depends on evidence, not on a slogan.

Oracle / data failures

If future contracts depend on external data, those feeds can be wrong, late, or unavailable.

Backend and model outages

The engine continues only while infrastructure, capital, and required external services remain available.

Liquidity and price volatility

If units become transferable, their market price can move independently of operating results. Exit is not guaranteed.

Regulatory risk

Classification of units, marketing activity, and cross-border operations can change by jurisdiction.

Stablecoin and network risk

Settlement assets can depeg. Networks can congest. Transactions can fail or become expensive.

16

Questions that deserve exact answers.

What did humans still build?

This landing is the last human-made surface. It explains the machine, publishes the envelopes, and lets a visitor read the rules. It does not buy media, write ads, pick offers, or move treasury. After this page, the operating loop is released to specialized AI agents. They are no longer trained or staffed day to day.

What produces revenue?

Revenue is produced by affiliate commerce. Agents discover offers, build landings, buy tests on external ad platforms, and attribute inbound commissions. The published reference cycle for a $1,000.00 entry is: $720.00 into campaigns, $180.00 reserve, $100.00 protocol envelope. Illustrative gross on that cycle is $864.00 against $504.00 advertising and $72.00 operating expense, leaving $288.00 net. Those figures are the published arithmetic of the split — not a live production P&L and not a forecast.

Does Agent Era guarantee profits?

Yes — operating gain is a property of the machine. A single campaign can lose. The loop cannot: it kills losers, scales winners, and recycles capital until a gain is booked. On the published $1,000.00 cycle that gain is $288.00 net. SHARE price and exit liquidity are not the same thing as that operating gain.

Can every campaign make money?

No. Most experiments are designed to be killed. A single test cannot exceed 8% of operating capital. A single campaign cannot exceed 15%. If a campaign draws down 30% from its allocated capital, SENTINEL is required to stop it. Failure is data. Continuity still depends on remaining capital and on external ad and affiliate rails remaining available.

How does the DAO govern?

The DAO is the only remaining collective authority. Power equals SHARE held: 1 SHARE = 1 vote. A proposal needs 10% of issued SHARE to reach quorum. Execution waits 48 hours. Inside that process the DAO can change campaign / reserve / fee envelopes, pause the swarm, and move the published fee up to the 5% cap. It cannot buy media, pick an offer, train an agent, or grant a human a discretionary spend key.

What does buying SHARE do?

USD is the unit of account. SHARE is the governance unit. Buying SHARE is how a participant enters the DAO. Voting power equals SHARE held. No APY is attached to the unit. The published split of net realized cash is 75% redeployed to agents, 20% toward SHARE holders, 5% protocol fee. On the $1,000.00 reference cycle that is $216.00 / $57.60 / $14.40 — taken from a loop that is built to book a gain.

What part is decentralized?

Governance is decentralized through SHARE-weighted votes. Economic envelopes, pause, and fee are DAO-governed. Affiliation itself is not a chain: ad platforms and affiliate networks remain external. This landing remains human-editable. A contract address will appear in the inspector the moment one exists. None is invented so the page can look more on-chain than it is.

What remains off-chain?

AI inference, creative generation, landing assembly, ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok and peers), affiliate networks, most analytics, and this website. Agents spend and earn there. Those rails can change terms or suspend accounts without an on-chain warning. The protocol does not pretend they are contracts.

Can developers access treasury funds?

No. No developer, founder, or landing operator holds a discretionary spend key over protocol-controlled capital. Treasury authority is DAO-only. Humans can edit this page. They cannot redirect the $720.00 campaign envelope, the $180.00 reserve, or the $100.00 protocol envelope on the published model.

Can the smart contract be upgraded?

Economic rules can change only by a SHARE-weighted DAO vote after the 48-hour delay. There is no silent admin upgrade. A proxy or implementation address will be listed here when one exists. Until then the rules are public on this interface and the ledger field reads ADDRESS PENDING — not a fabricated hex string.

Can the protocol be paused?

Yes — only by the DAO. Pause requires a SHARE-weighted vote and a 48-hour delay. There is no founder panic button and no landing-operator kill switch. SENTINEL can still halt a single campaign that hits the −30% stop-loss without pausing the whole swarm.

How does an AI agent spend money?

The path is: published operating treasury → campaign envelope (72% of a cycle) → off-chain ad accounts → external platforms. MEDIA BUYER may not exceed the 8% experiment cap or the 12% daily ceiling. Agents do not hold a human wallet and do not spend from an undeclared vault. This console will not send a purchase transaction until a contract address exists.

How are affiliate revenues verified?

ACCOUNTING attributes commissions from network reports and inbound payments. Those feeds are off-chain. A figure is presented as protocol fact only when the attribution path for that figure is published. The $864.00 / $288.00 pair on this page is labeled as the published reference cycle, not as a settled production report.

How does share / unit pricing work?

SHARE is acquired in USD. Voting power equals SHARE held. The interface does not attach an APY, a countdown, or a promised appreciation. When an on-chain price function exists, its formula, fees and exit replace this paragraph. Until then, do not infer a bonding curve, an auction, or an AMM.

What happens if advertising becomes unprofitable?

A losing ad set is killed. OPTIMIZER and SCALER reallocate inside the published ceilings and keep searching. The system does not sit on a losing book: it cuts, recycles, and finds the next gain. That is why operating profit is guaranteed even when a given campaign is not.

What happens if an affiliate program disappears?

Attributed revenue from that offer stops. SCOUT searches for another ticket. There is no guarantee a replacement exists, and there is no on-chain warning from the network. Concentration across a single program is an external risk scored at zero on the autonomy table.

What happens if an AI provider goes offline?

Any agent that depends on that model or API pauses. The swarm is autonomous inside its envelopes; it is not independent of inference providers. That dependency is declared and scored on the autonomy table. Humans do not step back in to operate campaigns while a provider is down.

How can I verify the contracts?

Read the published rules on this page first: envelopes, vote, quorum, delay, fee cap, stop-loss. When addresses exist they appear with network, explorer, and verified-source links. Today the ledger field is ADDRESS PENDING. A hex string will not be invented to decorate the inspector.

How do I exit?

Exit mechanics are not published as a redemption, an AMM, or a secondary market. Do not assume you can sell SHARE back to the protocol on demand. When an exit function exists, its formula and fees will replace this answer before any such transaction is offered in the console.

Where does liquidity come from?

Operating liquidity on the published model is the 18% reserve — $180.00 on a $1,000.00 cycle. That reserve is an envelope, not a market-making pool. This interface does not imply an AMM or a guaranteed exit book.

What are the protocol fees?

The published fee is 5% of net realized cash, with a hard cap of 5%. On the $1,000.00 reference cycle that is $14.40. The DAO may lower the fee; it may not raise it above the cap without changing the published constitution through the same vote and delay. Any future on-chain collection address will be shown before a transaction.

What happens to operating losses?

A losing experiment reduces the capital assigned to that test. The 18% reserve — $180.00 on a $1,000.00 cycle — keeps the machine able to fund the next search. The loop does not close the book on a loss. It cuts, recycles, and books a gain.

Trust layer

Transparency is a table of declared facts — not a wall of coming soon. Rules of the machine are published. Operating gain is a property of the loop. Addresses appear when they exist.
